We strongly recommend that you always allow ample room for your animals to travel safely and comfortably. A good measuring standard is to measure your animal to the shoulder and allow two inches from there to the top of the carrier. We reserve the right to deny transport if minimum conditions are not met as outlined by this web site, USDA regulation or humane policies set forth by the Independent Pet and Animal Transport Association (IPATA).

General: Wire carriers are not allowed for dog or cat transports. Additionally, all animals must be able to stand and turn freely in the container. See more specific information about your particular animal in the menus above. If you provide carriers they must be in reasonable condition and safe for transport. Rental carriers are available and may be specified from our order page. Please make us aware that you will require a rental carrier when you first request a transport.

Dimensions: All carriers are measured and cost is determined according to the cubic inch total (Width x Length x Height). Pricing is matched to our own standard carrier transport rates(see our rates page).
