IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Congratulations on choosing the premier pet transport company. Upon the receipt of your order, you will be given the scheduled dates and times of pick-up and delivery. It will then be your responsibility to share the appropriate information with any other parties involved in sending or receiving your animal.
Important information:
- In order for your transport order to be placed and approved, your signed Terms and Conditions agreement must be received in our main office at least ten days prior to the start of the transport.
- Make sure your pet's health certificate and emergency care authorization forms are available and ready to travel with your pet/s.
- If you are sending bedding and/or toys with your pet it is a good idea to write your name in permanent marker on the items.
- Payment must be received prior to the scheduled transport.
- It is critical that the contact information you provide us is both current and accurate. It allows us to perform effectively in transporting your animals with the absolute minimum of discomfort or trauma. It is also the responsible party's duty to notify the person(s) on the receiving end of our scheduled arrival time for pickup or delivery. It is imperative that you contact our office for your pet(s) transport information, in the event that there are conflicts with either the pickup or delivery person's schedule.
- It is vitally important to have alternate plans in place in case the person responsible for sending or receiving the animal is unable to do so.
- Should you need to contact us our office hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
