If your pet requires medicine during transport, our attendants can administer these medicines for you. There will be a $5 charge for oral medication per day, and a $10 charge per injection.

Our drivers and attendants work very hard in taking care of all pets on board. If, when your pet is delivered to you, you feel our drivers have done a good job in caring for your pet/s, tips are always appreciated (though not required).

• Military personnel, rescue groups, guide dogs and service animals:
  Prices are discounted by 15% for transporting these animals. Please notify us to receive this discount. If you are requesting a Military discount, we will require faxed proof of active status (i.e. a copy of the active Military ID or current orders). If you are a rescue organization and we are not picking up from a certified shelter, we will require your organization's federal tax ID number. *Important note* The Military personnel discount only applies to active military personnel who are relocating. If you are active military but are receiving a new pet from an outside source, you will be charged full price.
• Frequent Use Discounts:
  A 10% discount is given to special clients who utilize our services 11 or more times.

Private Transports: If you have exotic animals or a large number of animals (normally fifteen to twenty animals or more, however we can accommodate fewer if you would like) that need to be transported you may want to order a private transport. Email us for details and availability.

**Other considerations: We strongly recommend that you allow ample room for your animals to travel safely and comfortably. We reserve the right to deny transport if minimum conditions are not met as outlined by this web site and USDA regulation.
